There's also a pay differential between the two after the first year.
According to the 2013 PEA companion guide it shows
2nd yr: $73.52 vs. $81.68
3rd yr: $86.60 vs. $96.21
4th yr: $93.84 vs. $104.28
So a ten thousand dollar a year spread may be a decision point as well for us potential new hires.
