I agree with this. Do what is best for YOU and your family. The airlines do not give a damn about you. Anyone who thinks otherwise is on crack. Don't feel guilty about leaving one airline for another. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy working at skw but it's a business like any other. They're out to make money, not please the employees. Good luck!
