They've mentioned a restaurant a few times. IIRC, they've even mentioned it would be 24/7. Not sure how the quality will be, and I'm honestly not sure what the long term financial benefit is gonna be. By the time it finishes, growth will probably slow. They needed to have it finished about a year ago in order to see the full financial potential.
It should be open in a year, we still have a lot of growing to do so I wouldn't worry about that part.
