What he said, seniority is global and you don't "start over" when you change equipment or upgrade.

But seniority is also relative to base and equipment...just because you're bidding top 20% on the Bro doesn't mean you'll be top 20% when you change to the jet or upgrade (you won't).

But definitely 100% take the Bro...they just raised the pay scale so you'll be able to live at home and get paid almost the same as the jet for the first few years. There will be plenty of time to fly jets later in your career. If you don't listen to what people are telling you here, you'll be kicking yourself every week when you're standing at the gate staring at the cleared list for that oversold redeye to MSP.
