Amen. As much as I harp on RJ scope, it's a problem that is currently correcting itself and the main thing mainline pilots have to do is refrain from throwing management a lifeline to keep their outsourcing schemes afloat, and then take advantage of the economic opportunity to recapture scope when it arises. The large scope problem and its close cousin, the labor-law-dodging export-bank-funded multinational airlines, on the other hand, will require a much more active effort to defeat.
