Yes, they will bid them as base transfer. These "gummers" are so Sr. that pay banding doesn't apply to them. They get CRJ CA pay regardless of equipment they fly. They will base transfer from ORD.
They will have to announce a displacement bid eventually. Those planes are either ORD or JKF base therefore a displacement bid.
