The No votes mean there are no changes to how things have been. All the regionals still have their previous low paying contracts, so if you go to a regional now it will be the same pay as if you went, say, 7 years ago. Maybe even less now, if you factor in inflation. The only difference, as someone else pointed out, is that you lost all those years of seniority.

If you goal is to be an airline pilot, you should go, like yesterday.

If your goal is to make $$$, charge more an hour and specialize in the types of instruction you like. Or network and go into corporate.
