Manflex, the word Codeshare is what brought done YX, simple. We had it in our contract if there was a blue airplane the YX pilots flew it BUT the word CODESHARE wasn't in there and RAH came in an exploited it and the YX pilots were without a job!
Section 1.B.3 of the SPA CBA provides a start and some job protection for NK pilots. Strengthening it would certainly be a plus.
