To the company all seats are the same. If the plane has the legs to fly the route then it's in play. They could care less if it's attached to an rj or a 767. Trust me, the less YOU care, the better YOU'LL feel.

For every single thing that might irk you -- there exists a doofus who is responsible for solving that issue. I let them. Whether or not they are successful is of no concern to me. Once I embraced this concept, the tranquility was immediate.
