Lol sorry GDO guaranteed day off , reserve pilots get 3 a month
Ex. placement after working 4 days on reserve and having 3 days off after you request to have a GDO day on that 5th day that's to them is like having a brick wall put up from being used or extended .

Reserve you get 10days off a month . They don't like flying u on ur last segment of reserve unless they got a turn for u . If u don't have a GDO they Will fly u into ur day off if needed .
