I have over 5500hs total time.
Whats the chance for me to get a job from regional with my back ground in this current hiring trend?
With your credentials, I would consider going to a regional only to re acclimate yourself with U.S. 121 flying. Other than that you need to be busting ba//s to get on with a legacy. As far as your check ride bust, go to a consulting firm like Aerocrew or emeral coast, they can guide you with a proper way to address this in an interview. . I'm pretty sure your have "learned" from your failures at this point.. It's almost a joke to even bring it up after 20 years. Good luck, but my money says your gold for a legacy.
