I've been a defender of Republic in the past but it appears this place is going down hill. Republic like every other regional is having problems hiring new pilots and it shocks me how BB can come out and say that there will be no growth for the foreseeable future. That's the only thing this place had going for it. How about try to work something out with the pilots and make this a better place to work? Any incentive besides a specific outstation base is null. That being said I don't see furloughs foreseeable future.
