Developing it isn't the problem. Finding a way to teach the SEA pilots how to fly it via iCrew bulletins is an entirely different task. They may have to make a CD for this one.
If it goes to the -73, which is the announcement, it won't go to SEA guys since we don't have a base there for the 73 (yet).
As I believe Sailing mentioned earlier, we're already flying RNAV RNPs into more difficult fields. A bulletin will suffice...if even that. Make it one of those destinations we have to sign off every two years and be done.
