Other regionals offer better starting may, (SkyWest, Air Wisconsin, Horizon, Commutair, Piedmont, etc.), a faster upgrade, (PSA, Silver, Seaborne), and others offer up to a $12,000 signing bonus, (Eagle, Silver).
Why would anyone choose Republic? Are there that many pilots who really, really, really want a GSO, IND, or SDF base? Where's the carrot?
Eagle does NOT offer a $12k bonus. Pilots are eligible for $10K if they graduate from certain schools. pilots off the street get $5k.
