The chairman's letter was a strongly worded, stern lecture.

Unfortunately, his reprimand was directed at his own constituents (the Delta pilot group), and towards the company.

And it did nothing to acknowledge or correct the reasons we have a divided pilot group in the first place. Ordering those disaffected folks to get back on board without doing anything to address or validate their concerns indicates to me he is completely out of touch (despite all the "listening" he has done).

Oh...and what about those 117 negotiations?
