Eagle does NOT offer a $12k bonus. Pilots are eligible for $10K if they graduate from certain schools. pilots off the street get $5k.
And that $5k that Eagle offers is only if you promise to stay there for at least two years. You don't have t take it, but if you do you must commit to two years otherwise you have to pay it back.
