I'm not sure about that. I held a line very fast on the Brasilia and was flying 90 hours a month on first year pay as a line holder while CRJ guys I knew who were around my seniority were on reserve being worked 74 hours a month just short of guarantee with less days off than I had. When I finally transitioned I had a line right away on the CRJ. I also lived in Chicago and commuted to the Brasilia and I still feel like it was a pretty good deal QOL wise.
