I'm usually all for telling people to take the bro. I did it myself. For someone commuting from PHX I would recommend against it though. It's almost guaranteed that a CRJ FO could transfer into TUS or maybe even PHX within the 2 year seat lock time. Also it's easier to get a transfer if you're currently on the equipment. A current CRJ FO would be put in a PHX opening before a Brasilia transition even if the Brasilia pilot is senior.

I would hate to be commuting to the Brasilia as a 2 year FO watching people junior to me get transfers into the base I live in.
