Yep, AA got it years ago. When I was at ACJet/Delta Connection we were hoping for that flying as the aircraft type would have been perfect for a lot of the routes. As well as a base out west.
There was DCI in LAX, ASA. XJET is going to be doing that flying now. Talk to the ASA guys that had DFW shut down, but were happy to get SLC and stay out west, only to have it shut down, but they still got to stay out west in LAX, and no have to suck it up with ATL. They are not too pleased.
