Yeah, they're smaller and lower paying than our present narrow bodies, but come with a really nice mix of flying with cool layovers, a really nice plane, and likely accelerated seniority (USAir has 2 yr CAs flying them!). The one thing about UsAir and I hear this from RJ guys, that's the place to go. You'll be in the merger and everyone above them on that list is super old and your progression will be accelerated.
It's something that I think DAL will need to compete against. Come to DAL or go to USAir and be a DFW American Airlines Captain on the 757 long before you can hold a Captain spot at DAL.
