Hageland (Ravn Connect) has the 15/15 schedule. Era (Corvus) is part 121 and doesn't have the 15/15 schedule and is requiring the ATP for the 1900. Hageland will hire Co-pilots with under 1000 hours for the Caravan or 1900.
The starting pay for Era in the 1900 is 40/hr.
