I made my one and only call to scheduling, reminding them that I'm about to expire. They said, and I quote, "What do you expect us to do about it?" I just said never mind and hung up.
Ahh yes the new UAL crew desk. Incompetent liars the lot of them. Oh and unfriendly too. Better to not deal with them as little as possible.
