You'd be much better served going to another carrier and commuting then dealing with the mess that is Silver. It most likely take a good few months if not more to hold Tampa.
There is probably as much or more BS at Silver than the military.
A few good months to hold Tampa? With the draw down of Atlanta, Tampa might be a pipe dream for new hires.
