The difference is on paper it's two airlines but in reality you are trying to merge three - arguably four - different pilot groups. It is what it is. The TWA guys got screwed as did AWA. And then you have AA and legacy US Airways guys to merge.

Yep, and regardless of how that all goes I'm on bottom looking up. I'm certain it will be DOH for all those hired after the snap shot but who really knows....... If it's not then I lose what? A couple dozen slots? That's nothing compared to what most will lose. I'm happy I have a class date and I will focus on that for now. Worrying about seniority when I'm not even on property is a waste of my time.
