The flow to United rumor has been thrown around for at least the last 2 years at SkyWest. It may well attract more new hires, but that will be off set by more guys leaving for United.

SkyWest is arguably the best regional to work for, but 1st year pay is terrible. To attract more pilots they, like all the other regionals, must stop trying to prolong the inevitable and get rid of the year one pay scale. If they started everyone on year 2 pay they would have no trouble filling classes, for now.
