it seems like a majority of the Flow / Preferential Interview folks are not completing the process. It's not a guarantee....just an initial offer. Take it seriously & apply yourself. With the retirements coming up, you'll be glad you did.

What do you mean when you say that? The flows are in without any type of "process". The SSP that Endeavor has is an interview process...maybe that's what you're talking about? The flow is a guarantee unless you fail training.
