Everyone waits until a company has movement to try to jump aboard, but usually by the time everyone finds out, it's too late to be on the front of the wave.


QX is a good example. Two years ago, speaking of applying QX on here was like having leprosy. Now I have over 100 people below me, and hiring is still increasing.
