This is exactly the scenario that I'm using, but each time I try to swap it says "reserve days capped" as reason for denial of the swap. When I looked at the reserve coverage, they are below what is required for two of the days.
I would call the DALPA scheduling guys then as I do it all the time and it is contractual. For that matter, you can even swap when all days are negative if it actually improves the coverage on very negative days more than it depletes your current days. (As a percentage)
