I acknowledged the 4am short call well within the 10 hr mark but more than required per the PWA. I was given a personal drop, lost a days pay, and had a chief pilot review marked on my schedule.
The next day a guy working in the chief pilots office (jc) was less than understanding. Tried to tell me I wasn't "contactable." I told him my reserve obligations which he hardly knew. Tried to tell me I had to check my schedule at 3pm. I asked if he meant the 9 hour check on my last non-fly day. He was not in the interest of the pilot but more the company.
Alpa added my name to the list of pilots not following SD memo. I was only given 1.5 hours to be in compliance with Part 117. Would be nice to get my pay back.
To which some say....

What jabwmu describes has been happening since the beginning of the year.
