When the rate of SSP acceptance is > 25%, DAL HR is not happy.
That is the number they are shooting for. 1 in 4 PCL pilots who do the SSP may be selected. The other 3 will be told to never apply again.
I would have rather seen a higher desired SSP acceptance rate based on criteria such as "SSP candidates have 4 year degrees", as well as "clean records, 0 DUIs, etc."
It'll be real interesting in the next month. A CA who's last name rhymes with "crap hurry" is going to interview.
