I get what you guys are all saying, and I especially feel for all who lost their retirements, were harmed in an SLI, and just generally otherwise abused in this industry. I know what it's like to be undervalued. I just hit 8yr CA pay at my airline and I make the equivalent of 2nd year DAL narrow body FO pay. Is DAL my number one choice? It has to be, because their pay is improving and they called me for an interview. Once I'm in class, will I leave for another airline? No, I'm committed. I saw a lot of people jump ship in the 90s from airline to airline and it worked out for one 1 person (twa to aa). The legacies are soon to be all sitting in the same boat pay parity-wise, so really if you look at pilot-mgt relations, that puts DAL ahead of the others. Yes, I do realize I'm expendable. My chief pilot reminds us that all the time
