I actually like working here. But improvements can and must be made. I refuse to let complacent kook-aid drinkers such as yourself--crippled by risk-aversity--coast out, while letting the bottom fall out of the career in which I have multiple decades remaining.
I urge all new hires to enjoy the job, but realize improvements must be made. Don't let guys who "got theirs" like Tsquare lull you into a false sense of complacency.
