I was living in the south and based in HSV. It was great. Then all the Africa flying got assigned there and I bailed to ANC. It's a huge pain to get there. You'll want to be in HSV over ANC for sure if you live near by. I'm pretty senior in ANC and I still lose days off going to and from work, so you'd get killed with that being junior.
