Strongbags is owned by a Southwest pilot who was fed up with luggage works. Flew with a pilot who had a strongbag and loved it (I was pretty impressed with it too). After 3 years my luggage works bag looks terrible (holes ripped in the pockets and 2 zippers broke. Strongbags is going to be my next suitcase.
