I already turned down a position at a regional which would have been far more advantageous for me than PSA, I'm here at Eagle til I quit the industry or make a step up to a career job. The flow you're referencing was a court arbitrated award, there is not much wiggle room there. The company will continue to send 20 a month because that is what the court mandated they do.

As far as upgrades are concerned, considering the lack of qualified applicants at all regionals a new hire at any regional today will have a tough time upgrading. You need bodies to fill seats beneath you to get that upgrade, it's not happening. Something has to give in this industry, jumping to somewhere you think will be a quick upgrade is foolish in this climate.
