OK.. he says that we are only allowed 6/7 SCs/month. I would think you could pretty much count on 7 if this goes thru as he is saying. The company would then want more in the next contract, or we would have to provide some methodology to ensure that LC reserve is not "voluntary". At this point, I do not know enough about the intricacies about this, but it seems that sans relief on the "voluntary" aspect of this, we are gonna see lots more SCs....
