Oh please. Even when I was at less than my three year point at SkyWest, I had already turned down several offers outside 121 (one a corporate, the other a mix of corp and charter). I'm as white as they come, a German Irish guy. It wasn't about quotas, it was about networking and attitude. They were both decent gigs, but right now my goal is a 121 Legacy and I decided to roll the dice.
Maybe you don't see it, but it sure seems like you have an attitude problem. Potential employers or even networking connections avoid the attitude problems, so consider working on that. Heck, if nothing else do it for your future health!
