There is a big battle going on in Seattle right now and delta is ramping up quickly. The Pacific Northwest and Asia for that matter seems like a big hole in Americans network. Are there plans for an increased presence in the northwest us or will it be done through a codeshare with Alaska? How about the pacific, it seems that while American owns South America and is good in Europe there are significant gaps everywhere else. Comments?
The word is Airbus and Boeing widebodies out of PHX to Asia and other long-haul destinations.
LAX is crowded and expensive. The plan for the new AA is to operate KPHX as an international hub; a west coast version of KPHL.
