That being said, if you're going to belittle our current pilots (such as your remarks to MARX), maybe it's for the better that you pursue other opportunities more in line with your experience and life situation. Compass is a pilot group consisting of everything from 1,501 hour CFI's to 20+ year ex-widebody captains. Just because you're not new to 121 ops and have some flight time doesn't make you special or different.
