ExpressJet pilots have been this way since Day 1 of being bought by Inc. They have fully stated that they expect no less than:
*Top of the Seniority List, the ASA and SkyWest pilots go below every single one of them.
*JetBlue or higher compensation
*20 days off a month
*Personal Flight Attendants
*Private Jets for Commuters
Let the aircraft leave, let the base closures and displacements begin, and then see if they are ready to be serious.
