We had the SAP before the concessionary LOA..We got the SAP on our contract we voted in in 2013.
That was kind of my point. Every time somebody criticizes PSA for voluntarily voting in concessions outside of section 6 negotiations some cheerleader comes around and says "yeah, but the SAP!"
