What level of DISCONNECT do you have to obtain to even consider that you can preach to the pilots to save a nickel for this dump when you screw them out of every cent they are due under the UPA?

I mean really.....I am watching this stupid ULN product that had to cost a huge bill and laughing my butt off as they honestly convey that we even freaking CARE about saving a few bucks for Jeffy when Jeffy fights us on every penny due us in the contract!

First off they have to really think we are moronically stupid and have never managed a budget EVER to go into 15 minutes explaining how if costs exceed revenue then we lose money...and conversely if revenue exceeds costs then we make money! Is this Mr. Rogers day?

When you create such a HUGE divide between pilots and this company of a daily basis then come up with the sterling idea to educate us with a powerpoint presentation, then you really need to be drug tested. Talk about the cart before the horse. Beat us then ask us to work harder...diminishing returns?

Oh but there is a good side to this stupid "training." I harken back to high school when the idiots there sat us down in front of anti-drug films that demonstrated how to shoot up her ion or how to roll a joint and we all laughed and said, "so that's how you do drugs....thanks!" Well part of the lesson was showing how much we spend on different things that UA considers wasteful and it shows itemized ways we save money. Now I know the very best way to waste by avoiding the most savings and going down the path of most waste. Now wouldn't it be different if they actually treated us like a valuable asset to the airline as opposed to a liability? If they actually abided by the UPA? If they truly, honestly, sincerely cared a lick about the "co-workers?" Wow, that would be a real dose of Nirvana, wouldn't it?

Reminds me of the old UA back before bankruptcy....the bankruptcy that we learned was never filed for any other reason than to separate us from our agreed to pensions!

Well UAL can stick that fuel lesson right in the same dark stinky place they placed the pilot's pensions!

My eyes are still watering from the laughing hysterically watching this stupid thing!
