That was kind of my point. Every time somebody criticizes PSA for voluntarily voting in concessions outside of section 6 negotiations some cheerleader comes around and says "yeah, but the SAP!"
Most of the SAP talk is in response to people's assumption that our contract is terrible, not an excuse to vote in concessions.

Again, I can't comment on the captain pay because the 12 year cap certainly puts us on the bottom. However, none of this other vitriol is true. This is where people generally mention the SAP.

In theory the SAP is wonderful. Reality is a totally different story.
This is an exaggeration man. Yes it is not functioning the way it was negotiated but it is still, by far the best QoL tool in the regionals(apparently QX has one as well). There is nothing the company could throw at me to give it up through a vote. 10/hr? Nope. 15? Nope. I'd start considering it at 20/hr and we know that isn't going to happen.
