I don't think having a lady sitting at her home computer for 24 hours straight to do trip trades for the SAP is acceptable.
It was supposed to be real time, 100% automated.
Now it takes 5 plus hours to get a trip trade approved or denied.
Speaking of denials...
You cannot trip trade in the SAP if you will dequal due to Medical, currency, passport exp, etc...

The SAP is a failure right now. If it works as advertised then it will be great.
Right now there is no effort to make the system work as advertised. Making our 1 year old contract pretty much concessionary.

And 12 year pay cap for Captains will be on par with Pinnacle. The lowest in the industry. I have ALPA graphs to back this up.
