No PPA is not part of your PEA, DRM yes but not the whole thing. Without an FSM how will you hold them accountable? Ask yourself this without pro standards who is going to support you through the process? You will be on your own and the company will eat your lunch and then some if they choose to. As for the PPA, it may be given back in the beginnings of negotiations in exchange for what management is trying to do with their Mint product. They want the Flight crew to address the mint cabin seperatly as part of their greetings and give mint clients "special" treatment. We will see how that goes over.
