Why's that? Nothing difficult about flying big airplanes. Atlas is actually the easiest flying I've ever done.
Although it could be said that HR sometimes has a little too much say at times, they STILL serve a purpose.
You can teach any ********* to fly a plane. But an airline can't un-teach someone from being an ********* to fly with. Nor do they have the time/inclination to do so. Doesn't matter what/where they flew previous.
