Maybe I missed the sarcasm, but we should keep the military vs. civilian battle out of this thread. Each bring their own strengths and weaknesses and I think Atlas is stronger for having a good mix. You may want someone with a lot of experience with busy US airports with you when operating out of busy US airports, but it also pays to have someone with you who has been to the middle of nowhere with little-to-no ATC and no company support. We each have something to learn from the other.
