It IS worse than a regional. Except for the hourly pay rate. However, the hourly pay rate is embarrassing compared to other airlines flying the same equipment. And then there's the "work rules". People have been telling you (not you MaxPowers, I'm speaking in generalities) not to come here because it sucks, but people keep inquiring. It's mind boggling. I know the allure of being home ever night sounds "intriguing"....but as a junior pilot, you will not be home every night!! Whether you're FL or West Coast based.
