You guys do realize your bashing one of the most vocal no voters during the last TA. He then joined the CNC to make sure it doesn't happen again. It's just frustrating to have two sides ready to go while one isn't. Specially when that side sent 10 people to national for training when only one or two members needed it.
Hopefully we can get a new TA soon that has no concessions, but we need to get to the table sooner then June. Long negotiations and bickering put us in the position we were in last Dec.
Look, the facts still remain that there is a poll still open until tomorrow. The MEC doesn't want to make the same mistake twice by not actually knowing what the line pilot wants, ie absolutely no concessionary TA! There is a new MEC chairman, a new negotiating chairman, a new negotiating vice chairman that need to go through training. There is also two sitting reps in the middle of a recall vote that doesn't end until mid May. Not to mention there is a special election to fill the vacated rep position that the MEC chairman left and there are two other new reps just elected. Basically we cleaned house and it may not be over yet.
You guys don't get to dictate anything. If we need more time, then more time will be taken. If you guys need more time, then more time will be taken. When you finally realize that that's the way it is, then you will be able to stop crying like babies over something you can't do anything about.
