PS One of the best pieces of advice I've gotten in aviation came from a guy when I was flying back in California. He said California, Arizona and Florida are great places to learn to fly but once you get your private, get the hell out of here and learn something. I've said it myself several times: QUANTITY of hours is irrelevant. Its what you did during those hours that counts. And airlines are starting to recognize that.
